“My diverse experience in different areas of physical therapy and rehabilitation gives me a strong foundation to offer care to the various types of patients I see. I enjoy a diversity of different types of patients, from young to old, and find that the harder the challenge, the more it makes me try that much harder to bring relief and improvement to the patients I see. I appreciate the gratitude I get from helping patients, but even more I truly find tremendous satisfaction in helping people work through whatever they present to me for, and also provide hope and sometimes treatment that they otherwise would never even know was possible for their condition
“I think I am very fortunate to have trained in South Africa and come from a different culture than that in the US. While I love being in this country and all it has to offer, I find that a different background and even approach to healing gives me a certain depth that enables me to treat my patients and even relate to them in a way that helps promote their healing. In South Africa we learn a very “hands on” approach and I still strongly believe in that and use that every day when I treat all of my patients. As a therapist in South Africa, we are called on as true practitioners to not just render therapy, but direct it, help plan it and be an integral part of all of our patient’s wellness. I’m excited to have joined this practice as their focus on pain management, sports and neurological rehabiltationn are some of my strongest interests and where I feel I can “shine”. So many of the patients I see need a proper and higher level of attention that I know I can offer, that they otherwise may not experience in other facilities. I love my work and look forward to it day in and day out.”
